I'm Aileen, founder of Beyond the Build. This is the framework I wish someone had handed me years ago, built for every established woman across the built environment living the dynamic I used to live, under a different job title.
I built and systemised a real construction business, the hard way
I hold a Master's degree in Project Management, and a natural flair for organisation that I put to work building a construction business from the ground up: the systems, the numbers, the team, all of it.
For years, I was the business, systems, financials, marketing, invoicing and customer relationship. Every decision, every piece of institutional knowledge lived in my head. New instructions came whenever a referral partner happened to think of me. If I took real time off, things quietly slipped, because there was no one else who held the whole picture.
I know exactly what it feels like to be the single point of failure in your own business. Busy every day, but never quite sure if you're actually making money, and too stretched to think about who to hire next, let alone put yourself forward as the person leading it all.
So I fixed it. Not with generic business coaching, but by building real structure across three pillars: Leads, Leverage and Leadership. That structure is what became Beyond the Build.
